I am experienced in Agile (Scrum, Kanban), Waterfall, Critical Path Method (CPM), and hybrid approaches. I choose and apply the most suitable methodology depending on the project requirements.

I start with stakeholder analysis, define the scope, create a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), and develop time–cost baselines. Risk and change management are integrated throughout the process.

I clearly define roles and responsibilities, organize regular communication meetings, and use performance tracking tools. Transparency and collaboration are maintained with progress reports.

I identify potential risks, conduct probability–impact analysis, and develop preventive and corrective action plans. Risks are reviewed and updated regularly during the project lifecycle.

I use Gantt charts, Kanban boards, and project tracking software (MS Project, Jira, Trello, etc.). Critical Path Analysis helps anticipate delays and mitigate them early.

A detailed budget plan is created at the start. Actual costs are tracked against the baseline, and I apply Earned Value Management (EVM) to monitor cost performance throughout the project.

I prepare a final project closure report, documentation of learned subjects, and performance evaluation. This ensures continuous improvement and strengthens organizational knowledge.
